Can I return, resell or transfer my ticket(s) if I cannot attend the match?
All sales are final, therefore tickets cannot be cancelled or returned.
Tickets are for the personal use of the main applicant and their guest(s). They should not be sold to third parties.
However, as per the UEFA EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE FINAL™ 2023 TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, if you and/or your guest are unable to attend the match for medical reasons, you will be able to transfer the corresponding ticket(s) to a friend or family member through the dedicated mobile app.
Note: tickets bought through the fan club programmes of the clubs, will follow the principles of the clubs.
