Were there tickets for disabled spectators?  

Accessibility Tickets were available on the Ticket Portal for disabled fans who required accessible seating. There are two different types of ticket: tickets for wheelchair users and easy access tickets.

A complimentary ticket for a carer/personal assistant could also be requested during the purchase.  

A proof of disability was required to proceed with the payment of the tickets. 

IMPORTANT: even if the payment was successful and you received a confirmation for your purchase, your proof of disability had to be verified. If the document you had provided did not correspond to the examples from this list, your tickets were cancelled and you received a refund.
