Is there a place near the stadium where I can get help with my tickets?
You can get help at the Ticketing Centre, which is located close to the National Arena (Arena Kombëtare). The Ticketing Centre serves the following purposes:
Get help with mobile tickets: if you have not been able to install the dedicated mobile app and/or to download the tickets via the app, or you have troubles using the app and our FAQs didn't help, you can visit the Ticketing Centre. Our staff will help you to resolve the issue.
Collect tickets onsite: fans who have been instructed by UEFA Ticketing to pick up their tickets on site will need to visit the Ticketing Centre before the match to get their tickets. Tickets will be delivered to the ticket buyer upon presentation of a valid ID/passport and any other document required by UEFA. Please note that onsite collection is not on demand; if you have not received instructions to collect your tickets on site, our Ticketing Centre staff will not deliver any tickets to you.
Please note that there are no ticket sales at the Ticketing Centre.
Opening hours:
Tuesday 24 May 2022 - 14:00-17:00 (local time)
Wednesday 25 May 2022 - 14:00-21:00 (local time)
Whether you visit the Ticketing Centre to collect tickets or to get help with mobile tickets, we recommend that you come as early as possible, as queuing times are likely to increase closer to gates opening.
