To submit your application, you were required to provide the details of a credit/debit card with sufficient funds. To register your card, EUR 10.00 are initially blocked and will then be released usually within 30 days, depending on your bank or card issuer. In case of successful application, the amount of the ticket(s) will be charged automatically from the selected card.
Please note that the EUR 10.00 amount is NOT a charge or a fee. This amount is only blocked temporarily and will be released in any case, regardless of your ticket application being successful or not. If you have cancelled your ticket application, the amount will remain blocked and then released, usually within 30 days.
You could add several cards to your application. However, you could only select one card to be charged in case of successful application. If you removed a card that you had previously registered successfully and then you added a new card, the EUR 10.00 amount is blocked twice for the same application. This amount is per card, not per application or ticket.
IMPORTANT: a successful card registration does NOT constitute a ticket application. To successfully submit your ticket application and take part in the lottery, you had to fill in all the required fields and click on CONFIRM. The ticket(s) will only be allocated if your application is successful in the lottery and if the full cost of the ticket(s) can be charged on the selected card.
